Any damages or harm caused due to improper installation is solely the responsibility of the customer, unless installed at our own workshop located at Murray Bridge

By installing components purchased from Richards Auto Electrical, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this installation by a professional and install at your own risk document, and accepts full responsibility for any damages or harm that may occur during installation.

Dispatch Times: Most orders will be dispatched within 7 business days unless items are out of stock or on back order. If your item is on backorder but other goods are in stock, we will wait until the whole order is complete before shipping. We are a small family business and if we get short staffed due to illness etc. this process could take longer than anticipated. If you need to check on dispatch times or delays please contact us.
